My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The location was great as it was in South Beach on Collins, very close to the beach. However, there were noisy neighbors causing us to move rooms and a strange incident with the front door not locking properly, leading to a late-night disturbance. The staff were nice but the overall experience had its ups and downs.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were decorated in an art deco style, very nice, and spacious, which was perfect when we had to switch rooms due to loud neighbors. The service was attentive and helpful, even providing me with a plunger when needed. The location is top-notch, right in the center of the vibrant shopping and dining streets of Collins and Ocean Drive. The only downside was the dining experience, which could have been more satisfying. Overall, a great value for a stay in Miami.
